Seed Swaping/Barter/Trade
It’s that time of year for sowing and reaping. Seeds can be obtained from the fruit/vegetables that you eat on a daily basis (Organic fruit/vegetables). If you are unable to obtain seeds this way you can purchase them from a trusted supplier or swap/trade/barter 🙂

* Only swap/barter/trade Organic seeds – GMO (Genetically Modified Organisms) will not produce seeds once the fruit/veg grows and does not contain the vital vitamins and nutrients that it should.
