This podcast series is created in conjunction with Roots R Us our sister site

In episode 9, I am sharing information about how to use certain herbs to help protect or recover from a cold or flu.

Things are getting pretty busy over here.  The amount of “free time” I can carve out is getting smaller but that always happens around this time of year.  I’m trying to really hard to keep up my weekly health podcasts but sometimes it get’s hard so what I’m going to do is promise that I will do my best to get them out each and every week however, it is not likely going to be on the same day or same time slots.  Thankfully you can subscribe via iTunes or Follow this blog and you’ll be notified when a new update occurs, that’s cool!  I won’t feel too bad since I won’t be messing up your schedule by being late.  Thank you for innerstanding, this is all a process.  It is not easy to share on many levels, through many companies and nurture all your passions at the same time but because they are all important to me I am doing my best!

Since the “cold and flu season” is upon us I want to take some time to provide you with a few herbs that will either help strengthen your immune system so you can protect yourself from getting a cold/virus or at the very least help to make it go away naturally!  By keeping the herbs I share on hand you can make sure to “catch the cold before it catches you”.

With that being said I hope you are able to take away a few tips that help you to improve your current situation because honestly, we can all use some help every now and then!
